Hi! I’m Lindsay
I’m a Colorado mountain woman at heart—nature is my reset button, my temple, and usually where I get my best ideas. I’m a professional Leadership Coach, facilitator, and entrepreneur who’s spent the last two decades exploring what it really takes to live and lead with depth, joy, and truth.
I’m a partner to my husband Sam, a proud mama to my son and our pups, and a big believer in belly laughs, long dinners with good people, spontaneous adventures, and being with life in all its beautiful chaos. Living in alignment with what matters isn’t just something I teach—it’s the practice I come back to daily. (Read on for more)
“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.”
After graduating from university, I did the work I thought I was “supposed” to do. It was good, meaningful work in sustainability and land conservation… but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was quietly unfulfilled. Something in me wanted more. I just didn’t know what that looked like (or how to explain it to anyone).
So I followed the breadcrumbs: yoga teacher, meditation guide, mountain guide, retreat leader. Each path taught me something important and nudged me a little closer to myself. Eventually, all those threads led me to coaching—and it was like everything in me exhaled. This was it. The thing that made sense of all the rest.
Since becoming certified through the Souluna Life Coaching program in 2014, I’ve built a practice that brings together deep coaching, embodied work, and a whole lot of real-life experience. My background in leadership, outdoor adventure, and facilitation helps me meet women where they are—grounded, human, and ready for something more meaningful in their lives and leadership.
The women I work with are already successful. They don’t need hand-holding; they’re ready for honest reflection, deeper truth, and a life that actually feels like their own.
My job? To help you return to yourself, strengthen your inner leadership, and create success that feels alive and aligned—not just impressive on paper.
If we work together, expect honesty, warmth, spaciousness, and a little bit of humor.
Life’s too short for anything else.
