WIL Alumni Coaching Cohort

Six months of deep coaching, courageous action, and continued growth for Women’s Inner Leadership alumni.

January–June 2027

Women’s Inner Leadership was an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and what matters most, strengthen trust in your own knowing, and build a foundation for leading from that place.

This is where we take that work into your life and active leadership.

The WIL Alumni Coaching Cohort is a small, highly individualized coaching experience for women who are ready to make a deeper commitment to themselves, their growth, and what they want to create next.

There is less predetermined curriculum and more space for real, transformative coaching.

The work will be shaped by what is actually happening in your life: the decisions you’re making, the opportunities you're stepping into, the changes you're navigating, the places you're getting stuck, and the dreams and possibilities asking for your attention.

Your life becomes the material.

Coaching becomes the work.

What This Is

A spacious, container for six women who are ready to show up intentionally for themselves, for their continued growth, and for one another.

Together, there will be space for:

  • Deep, individualized coaching around what matters most to you now

  • Honest reflection, challenge, and accountability

  • Exploring the decisions, opportunities, relationships, transitions, dreams, and edges you're navigating

  • Taking your leadership—in life and work—to a deeper level

  • Continuing to embody what you already know and trust about yourself

  • Being surrounded by a deliberately curated group of women who will elevate and support one another

I will lead and coach the group. The women in the cohort are there to witness, encourage, challenge, and walk alongside one another—not to fix one another.

What This Isn't

This isn't another round of the first WIL program. It’s different.

It’s not a class, a hangout, or a place to be half-hearted.

You bring your life, your leadership, your highs, and your lows.

Come with what is real. The conversation you need to have. The decision you can't quite make. The opportunity that scares you. The pattern you're ready to change. The thing you want more of. The dream you haven't been ready to say out loud.

And we'll go from there.

The Experience

Opening Half-Day Session
A morning to slow down, reconnect, and get clear about what you want to create, change, or commit to during our six months together.

Twice-Monthly Group Coaching
One 2-hour in-person coaching gathering and one 90-minute virtual coaching session each month.

Our in-person time will allow for spacious coaching, connection, reflection, and facilitated experiences when they serve the work. Virtual sessions will be focused primarily on coaching around what participants bring into the room.

Individual Coaching
Three private 1:1 coaching sessions with Lindsay, with the opportunity to add additional individual coaching if desired.

Ongoing Coaching Support
A private, virtual Circle group (think like a private Facebook group but not on Facebook) for coaching, questions, reflections, celebrations, and support between sessions.

Four-Day SUP Retreat: Labyrinth Canyon
A fully supported four-day adventure through Labyrinth Canyon. Time away from the noise of everyday life to get outside, reconnect, adventure together, and experience this work in an entirely different environment. Plus, let’s go on an adventure and not have to plan it!

Closing Experience
Dedicated time together at the end of our six months to integrate what has changed, celebrate what you've created, and look toward what comes next.

Community of conscious, focused female leaders in the Valley
To have a circle of women to hear you, see you, stand by your side, call you forward when needed, and support you is honestly invaluable. There will be opportunity, as a group, for us to create connection outside of the scheduled time. This will be decided as a group at the beginning.

The SUP Retreat

Imagine four days paddling 45 miles of river in one of the most scenic canyons in the country with towering red cliffs, unencumbered starry nights, and an amazing group of women to connect with. The SUP Labyrinth Canyon trip is just that -- four days, three nights in an epicly wild + untamed landscape. You will feel empowered after each day of paddling, hiking through canyons, connecting and camping.

Working in partnership with Paddle Moab we have experienced and professional guides teaching proper technique and more. This trip also includes transportation (from Moab), food, and more. We will have a support boat that carries all of our overnight gear downriver that we will get when we arrive at camp. During the day, you will be fully responsible for your paddle board, day-bag + gear, and yourself. We will make stops on the rivers edge, do facilitated group + personal exercise, explore side canyons, and have plenty of time to hang on the beach. More details when we talk!

Itinerary

  • Pre-Trip: Either arrive the night before in Moab or plan for an early rise in the Valley to get to Moab by 8am

This is an intentionally small and deliberately curated group. It's right for you if you want to make a meaningful commitment to yourself and are ready to show up with honesty, curiosity, courage, and a willingness to be coached.
