Women’s Inner Leadership

Case Study

It can be so helpful to hear the words directly from previous participants. Here is Stefani S’s thoughts and share around what her experience in the first cohort of Women’s Inner Leadership was like.

What did you love most about your experience in Women’s Inner Leadership

I loved the shared commitment within the group and the level of presence everyone brought to each session. The structure of the program offered meaningful awareness practices and practical embodiment tools that I genuinely look forward to continuing to integrate into my daily life and leadership.

What shifted for you personally or professionally because of this experience?

I’ve gained more courage and confidence in navigating harder conversations and in receiving feedback with openness. This program helped me separate my sense of worth from others perceptions.

What would you tell another woman who is considering joining this program?

Be ready to engage in meaningful inner reflection and stay open to the process. The more you participate and share - despite any initial discomfort- the more impactful and transformative the experience will be.

Share why you initially joined the program and what pulled you into it?

I entered the program last summer at the height of burnout. I could feel myself becoming scattered, disconnected from my body, and operating in ways that didn’t reflect the leader I know I can be. Enrolling in this course was an intentional investment in my own support, clarity, and embodiment. I knew I needed guidance to return to myself and lead from a more grounded, aligned place.
